What to Expect When You Call
When you call (216) 470-6377, tell us what is going on and we will tell you honestly what it sounds like. If it is something you can fix yourself, we will walk you through it over the phone and save you the cost of a service call. We have done that for plenty of homeowners over the years.
- Fast scheduling. We can usually come out today or tomorrow, and we get back to every call within 24 hours.
- A flat-rate price up front. Once we look at the job, you know the price before any work begins. We do not charge by the hour.
- No extra charge for Saturdays. We work seven days a week, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, at the same rates.
- Senior and military discounts. Just mention it when you call.
It helps to know roughly where the problem is, how long it has been going on, and whether water is still running. If something is leaking and you can reach the main shut-off valve, turn it off before you call.
